Are triclamp fittings/valves used in breweries required to have a 3A rating?

Do breweries have to meet 3A ratings on all their equipment/fittings? Or is that rating only required for dairy?

The 3A rating is not required for breweries (is strictly enforced for the dairies) but it is a good guideline for selecting equipment everything else is equal.
