  • What equipment is required to brew nonalcoholic beer?

Hi - Ive been trying to find out what equipment would be suitable to produce large microbrewery amounts of nonalcoholic black roasted malt beer which requires a shorter fermentation process without alcohol. Ive read that micro systems cannot be used for this due to sterile/contamination problems arising from lack of alcohol. Does anyone know any more? If this is true, what sort of setup do I need to do this? Thx G

All of the n/a breweries that I saw in Germany brewed a high alcohol lager then used a computer controled distillation apparatus to remove the alc. to .5 %. I remember the brewers saying that the equipment was quite pricey. I know this dosent help much-sorry.
    Bottoms Up!
