  • outside bar

    Hello,
I am installing an outside bar. The beer lines come out of the cooler to the bar, so not a lot of length out of the cooler (5 ft). I have two 10 tap towers. The draft lines are bundled 10 lines with four glycol lines (2 feed, 2 return). I have a glycol chiller able to go up to 125 ft line. Once all connected, I will be pushing the limit. Would I be wiser to put a tee out of the glycol unit and chill both towers in parallel, or leave it as designed, and run the glycol up one then the other, twice (2 lines each...), in series? The glycol unit is right outside the cooler. I am thinking if I go in series, the first tower to get the glycol will suck a lot of cold on a hot day, leaving the second tower slightly warmer, but then again the beer cooler is right there, so maybe no worries.

Probably could have worded it better, but if you get the gist, any response with advice, ideas... how you did it... would be welcome.

    Thanks a lot,
    David
