Taproom Manager
Indiana City Brewing Company seeks Taproom Manager. This is a professional full-time management and customer service position offering great (hourly + tips) compensation. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bartending during business hours Weds-Sun
Opening and Closing the Taproom Weds-Sun
Scheduling all taproom employees
Recruiting additional taproom employees as needed
Cleaning
Counting cash drawer
Coordinating Food Truck rotation
Assisting with promotion of events, weekly specials & new beers through social media
Fielding customer questions via E-mail and social media
Gathering, analyzing and reporting weekly sales data
Purchasing taproom supplies and monitoring inventory
QUALIFICATIONS:
Be familiar with Indiana City, our taproom and our beer
Thoroughly enjoy human (and sometimes K9) interaction
Have a passion for craft beer and basic knowledge of beer styles and brewing processes
Be able to move and change full kegs
Possess a current ATC employee permit or obtain one within 30 days of being hired
Have proof of previous ATC server training certification, or complete training within 120 days of employment
