Being a home brewer myself, there is nothing I would like more than to open my brewery and have an active role in the daily brewing activities, but that isn't reality, I know. Going into this venture, or adventure (depends on how many checks you need to write that day), my role is to market, sell and distribute our product and do the PR work that needs done. With that said, how much commercial brewing education do I really need, as a business man, when I will have an experience master brewer on staff?
I ask this because, as a home brewer, I am driven to want to know everything I can, but how much of the details will I need to know as an owner of a brewery? I just repeated the question again, but I will leave it in here for redundancy.
