Help with Dosing Pump Gasket Replacement on a 2 sq meter DellaToffola DE Filter

So we bought this 2 sq meter DE filter from someone on probrewer - and it really didn't come with any information.
Worked great until today. We have attempted to contact the "right person" to help us - and are waiting back on a call.

Just wondering if anyone out there in probrewer land has any experience with this type of filter or on replacing the piston gaskets on a OBL
HB43 dosing pump. I have them on order - and they should be here tomorrow morning.

We think this is the issue as it stopped dosing and started sucking air.

If anyone has any thoughts please feel free to chime in.

Try calling Prospero Equipment. I have purchased dosing pump seals for my 3 sqr meter Della Toffola filter from them. The price is different every time I call, but they're the right seals and I haven't found them anywhere else.

If this is a diaphragm style doser its pretty straight forward. The diaphragm is all you need. The assembly needs to be well cleaned and put some blue locktite on the threads of the diaphragm center bolt.
For Tech assistance you can contact Damon at Della Toffola and he can get you to their Tech guy.
You need to shelf critical parts as sometimes they have to come from Italy and it can take some time.
All parts can be gotten from them.
