    Dale Bros. Brewery is looking for its next craft beer liasion! We need a few more passionate, hard working, self starting, and charismatic craft beer enthusiasts with strong customer service skills to join our tap room team. Interested? Read on!

    Job Title:
    Tap Room Shift Lead

    Reports To:
    Tap Room Managers and General Manager

    Job Description:
    This is a full time position with hourly pay and benefits. Work is primarily serving customers from behind the bar in our fast-paced, high-volume brewery tap room but will occasionally include leading tours, desk work, and working to represent the company at outside events.

    Requirements & Responsibilities:
    - Strong customer service skills.
    - We have a very diverse group of customers. Your ability to interact with a wide variety of people and treat everyone with a high level of respect is crucial. Service industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
    - Strong communication skills.

    - You must be able to explain our products and company values to customers and effectively communicate needs, problems, ideas, etc. with tap room staff and other company departments.
    - Strong leadership skills.
    - You must direct and support tap room staff, train new team members, and respond to any customer complaints or inquiries. Previous management experience is a plus, but not required.
    - Organization and an eye for detail.
    - You will be responsible for accurate cash management and oversight of all tap room business and personnel during your shift.
    - Adaptability and a sincere interest in personal growth.
    - You must be able to work well on your own, as part of a team, and be willing and eager to earn responsibility.
    - A sense of humor, a positive attitude, and the ability to think on your feet.
    - You will be expected to create a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment for our staff and customers. This usually just takes a smile and some witty banter, but will at times require enforcing company, city, state, and/or federal policies.
    - A desire to grow and develop within the company and the world of craft beer!
    - Dale Bros. Brewery is a quickly growing company with a strong commitment to the community. As part of our family, we want you to help us actively look for new ways to grow and improve.
    - Ability to bend over, twist, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, stand for extended periods of time, lift 55+ pounds repeatedly while efficiently managing the various tasks required of you. You must also be willing and able to wield a mop, wash dishes, and otherwise create and maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
    - A flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
    - Ability to lead engaging and informative brewery tours and train new staff to do so.
    - Ability to obtain Cicerone Beer Server Certification within 30 days of hiring.
    - Punctuality.
    - A clean driving record.
    - Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
    - A basic understanding of the brewing process and a passion for craft beer.
