    In the past 2 years, THE DIRTY BUCKET BREWING COMPANY [DBB] has more than doubled in size. In the next 5 years, DBB expects to triple in size and will increase distribution (throughout Western WA and through beverage distributors. DBB is very active in our community and charitable events.

    An integral part of our business is our tap room culture and is often the first place that people experience The Dirty Bucket Brewery and our beers. Because of this, we truly believe that the experience must be fantastic — from the service they receive, to the beers they drink, to the space they drink it in. The tap room manager will be responsible for all aspects of the tap room operations.

    Position Description:

    Ensures that all of our customers have the best possible experience in the tap room and strive to delight customers with our compelling culture, spirit and unique customer experience.

    Makes certain that our Servers educate our customers about our craft beers and the craft beer industry through tastings and personal attention. Promotes and sells DBB merchandise and Dirty Mug Club Memberships.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    Serving beer in accordance with ABC regulations

    Managing Tap Room employees

    Ambassador for Dirty Bucket Brewing Company and the craft beer industry

    Direct sales via point of sales [POS] software, credit card and cash handling and deposits

    Duties may request that the Manager Open and close the Tasting room many days of the week

    Managing and scheduling Food Truck Sunday schedule

    Manage retail Keg Sales and creating (documenting) standard operating procedures [SOPs]
    Managing Retail inventory and creating (documenting) standard operating procedures [SOPs] for re-ordering

    Assisting in monthly Art Wall presentations

    Cleaning and other general duties


    *The Tap Room is open seven days/week


    SKILLS

    Excellent customer service skills

    Knowledge of beer, home brewing and/or the brewing industry very beneficial

    Beer Server Certificate (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST)) a big plus (If individual does not have Cert then must be obtained within 60 days of employment)

    Teaming and team building skills

    Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

    Cash handling & POS reconciliation experience

    The ability to lift 35 pounds

    The ability to move kegs and operate hand truck

    Clean driving record

    Degree: High school diploma minimum

    Years of Experience: 2+ years in customer service
