Brew Hub, LLC in Lakeland, FL is looking to fill some positions at our new state of the art brewery.
Cellar
Duties and Responsibilities to Include, but are not limited to:
Must be able to meet the physical challenges of cellaring work
Ability to lift 50-60 lbs multiple times during the day
CIP tanks and equipment
Perform beer transfers
Dry hop tanks
Grip and manipulate tri-clamps, hoses, valves, etc. on a regular basis
Work safely within tight spaces and with various cleaning/sterilization chemicals
A strong mechanical aptitude is a major plus
Centrifuge experience is a plus but not necessary
Carbonate beer
All cellar work to be completed with an eye towards low DO
Work with and report any mechanical issues to maintenance manager and/or supervisor
Work with lab staff with any QC/QA protocols
Ensure quality and consistency of barrel aging protocol
Operate a fork lift safely
Assist other employees as necessary
Participate in the occasional beer festival or brewery event
The person filling this position must be willing to work flexible schedules
Qualified Candidates will have a minimum of 1 year working in a production brewery or brewpub setting. Formal Brewing Education is a plus, but not required as long as experience is there
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits will be discussed after interview process
