Retail Manager
The Retail Manager oversees the operation of the Tasting Room and Beer Garden (non-winter months only) which includes craft beer on- and off- premise sales as well as merchandise sales. This position will also assist in the further development of the building’s potential which may include development of the kitchen, upstairs and bear den for additional income generation. The Retail Manager position is critical to the branding of Mammoth Brewing, as this is the primary face to the public.
SKILLS
Superior customer service skills.
Knowledge of beer and the brewing industry very beneficial.
Cicerone Beer Server Certificate.
Team leadership skills.
Able to work under pressure whilst ensuring standards are maintained.
Ability to multi task.
Thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Foreword thinking and planning.
Previous restaurant management and development a huge plus, as this may be a future direction in parallel with Tasting Room operations.
Moderate to expert computer proficiency including POS systems, Word, Excel & Outlook
Quickbooks Enterprise Manufacturing & Wholesale, Edition 13.0 a plus

College Degree preferred Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 Years Retail Management
