    We are seeking an upbeat, forward-thinking Inventory and Point of Sale Clerk to maintain Victory’s inventory and records. This position is a dual role opportunity and will be reporting to our VP of Corporate Strategy and our Distribution Manager. The following responsibilities are an outline of anticipated tasks, but are subject to change and expand as Victory Brewing Company grows. Tasks may not be limited, but will at a minimum include the following:

    This role (Inventory) within Victory Brewing Company will be an integral part of the control of inventory for the Company. The primary objective is to maintain precise records of inventory, and will report to the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Strategy. This role will require the individual to ensure that all inventory records within Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains are accurate and match hand counts of all Company Inventory.
    This role (Point of Sale) will maintain the stock for all non-alcohol merchandise (including food merchandise) and will fulfill orders for internal and external customers. In this role, the individual will report to the Distribution Manager.
    The Inventory and Point of Sale Clerk will have the additional responsibility of acting as the gatekeeper for the Parkesburg facility, and will check and validate all vendors, suppliers and solicitations at the facility.

    Key Responsibilities:


    The following responsibilities are an outline of anticipated tasks, but are subject to change and expand as Victory Brewing Company grows. Tasks may not be limited, but will at a minimum include the following:

    Daily verification of all finished beer entered into inventory in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains through an inventory barcoding system, conducting spot checks as scheduled by the Accounting Department.
    Verification that all merchandise inventory is accurately recorded in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains on a daily basis.
    Maintenance of non-alcohol merchandise stock, including receiving and fulfillment of orders for internal and external customers.
    Participation in audits of all company inventory as scheduled by the Accounting Department.
    Receiving, processing and shipping of all online orders of Victory Brewing Company merchandise.
    Responsible for keeping merchandise and food inventory completely organized, dust free and properly rotated.
    Management, receiving and accurate record keeping of all visitors to Victory in Parkesburg.
    Submission of as needed inventory reports to the Accounting Department, verifying hand counts of finished beer completed by the warehouse.

    Requirements:
    Education – Associates degree or equal equivalent of professional experience.
    Experience – Experience in an office environment with accountability in project completion.
    Special Skills – An extremely organized and detailed personality with the ability to anticipate changes in the business environment. A proven record of multi- tasking many projects with the anticipation and desire to drop everything to ensure the success of the team. Forklift certification a plus.
    Computer skills – Candidate must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook. Experience in Great Plains Accounting preferred but not required.

    Alcohol Responsibility – The candidate must fully understand that they are a representative of not only the Victory Brewing Company but of the alcohol beverage industry. With that said they are to conduct themselves within the limits of the law and with concern to the education of responsible consumption at all times. This includes working hours, trade shows, festivals and while entertaining in the name of the Victory Brewing Company. Any poor reflection or legal matters that may arise due to poor judgment may be dealt with by means of disciplinary action or termination.


    Physical Requirements

    Candidate should be able and willing to lift at least 45lbs from ground level to a shelf 50 inches from the floor. The candidate should also be able to move 165lbs of kegged beer from one location to another by sliding it on the floor.
