This is an exciting opportunity for a talented brewer or brewster with a minimum of five (5) years commercial brewing experience (preferably in a leadership role), willing and ready to help launch a brand-new production brewery with adjacent entertainment venue. This brewery will be located inside the beltline (440) of Raleigh, NC, and will house a four-vessel 30BBL brewhouse in a brand-new building. In creating the business plan, the aspirations include attaining regional status while offering the community a new entertainment venue focused on providing its patrons a genuine sense of place.
The Brewmaster
-will be heavily involved in providing input throughout the overall design and build-out of the brewery.
-will be responsible for the entire beer making process, which includes selecting the ingredients, creating the recipe, mixing the materials and overseeing the fermentation process.
-will oversee all day-to-day brewhouse operations, including cleaning the tanks, packaging, and managing repairs and maintenance for all the machinery.
-will create SOPs for the brewhouse.
-will work closely with the Chairman and COO to develop and execute multi-year strategy for sustainable growth and distribution.
This position will provide the right candidate an immense amount of creative freedom, responsibility, and the rewarding opportunity to build a regional brand.
This project is fully funded. Benefits are negotiable and have been included for every position in the brewery build-out budget.
Must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC.
