Tahoe Mountain Brewery seeks brewery assistant/cellerman

A north Lake Tahoe area brewery is looking for an experienced assistant brewer and/or cellarman to join their production team. You must possess at least 1 year of professional working experience in the brewing industry. You must also possess a strong desire to work well as a team and to maintain quality standards of production. Experience in barrel-aging, yeast handling, de filtration, and packaging is preferred. Candidates must be competent in tank CIP processes and be highly organized and self motivated.
