Hi Mac,
I would suggest starting with the standard contract the distributor uses. You can use this as a base to start from and add or delete provisions that benefit your brewery. Once you get it To a form you are happy with it, offer it to the distributorship and hopefully they will accept it. I strongly suggest you check with your state Dept of Revenue/Alcohol Control Board as to what you can and can't have in it. Also, involve an attorney unless your have experience with business contract law. Oh yeah, educate yourself on how easy or impossible it will be to break this contract if and when you need to. A lot of state's laws are written to the benefit of the distributorship.
