    Yeast performance

    How can I improve the yeast performance when I forgot to add the YeastX in the boil? I'm using BSI 515 Belgian Ale 1 yeast.

    what makes you think you won't get good performance in the first place?
    proper oxygenation of your wort is no.1 along with making sure your pitch rate is accurate as well as the cells you're pitching being viable and vital.
