Lakefront Brewery, a 40,000+ bbl/yr regional craft brewery located in the heart of Milwaukee, WI, has an immediate opening for the position of 3rd shift cellar operator.
This will be an hourly, full time position, with duties including (but not limited to) tank cleaning, yeast management, dry hopping, cask cleaning/filling, and beer sensory evaluation. The ideal candidate will be interested in all facets of beer production, and MUST have either brewing-specific education (Siebel, UC Davis, etc) OR some professional brewing experience.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard and take on new responsibilities as needed, an ability to multitask, and an eagerness to learn and continue learning.
