    Eddyline Brewing in Buena Vista, Colorado is hiring a packaging/cellar person for its rapidly growing brewery. Eddyline has completed a large expansion and is looking for an entry-level person that would be fulfilling roles with cellar and packaging operations.     Position Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Assist in producing and packaging outstanding quality beer
    • Mechanical/machinery operation knowledge
    • Experience running CIP procedures and theoretical CIP knowledge
    • Knowledge of production reporting
    • Working on the canning line with ability to master all equipment on canning line
    • Exposure to pressurized vessels and transfer lines
    • CIP of fermenters/bright tanks
    • Beer transfers and filtering
    • Beer transfers/prep for packaging
    • Fermentation monitoring
    • Assisting brewers with day to day tasks
    • Upkeep and cleanliness of cellars and packaging area
    • Cold storage warehousing
    • Preparing orders for shipment
    • Shipping and receiving
    • Keg cleaning and filling


    Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
    • 1+ year commercial brewery experience
    • Outgoing personality
    • Current driver’s license with no violations
    • College diploma with science background is preferred
    • 21+ years of age required
    • Ability to maneuver full beer kegs (165 bs)
    • Ability to lift 55 lbs to shoulder height repeatedly
    • Repetitive lifting of 25+ lbs cases
    • Ability to bend over, twist, kneel, stand for the duration of a shift
    • Ability to become forklift certified
    • Ability to understand and follow SOP’s
    • Strict attention to detail
    • Strong knowledge of the brewing process
    • Working to high quality standards with and without direct supervision



    Working Environment:
    • Working in an environment that can be wet, cold, hot or noisy while standing/walking continuously.
    • Requires proper handling of hazardous chemicals and materials.
    • Working in an environment that requires strict procedures to minimize potential hazards.
    • Need to manage one’s self, working in an effective and efficient manner while following direction from senior staff and management
