  • Harvesting Belgian Yeast

    Hi All! Just starting to experiment with Belgian yeast strains in my brewery on a commercial scale. I've had great success on the pilot scale, great phenolic/ester character, and drops fairly brite. I'm using the Duvel strain. My question is who has had success harvesting Belgian yeast from the cone, and whats your process for getting enough for another batch.

    I've spoke with some that can get 3 generations out of their Belgians, but looking for more advise.
