Hi All,
I recently started brewing at a brewpub that previously filtered all of their beer. I immediately put an end to that, and the owners are happy with the improvements in flavor and the level of clarity I achieve through cold conditioning. With that said, we have this old Della Toffola 20 plate taking up alot of space downstairs. Does anyone have an idea of its worth on the used market? It seems to be in fair condition, could use a good cleaning and new gauges. I know they were using it up to when I started last May. Anyone have an idea? Searches online have been pretty varied, I just wanted to get an idea to present the owners with the possibility of getting rid of it for some other equipment. Thanks!
