1 Vessel Keg Cleaning Systems. No Sanitizer??

Do one vessel cleaning systems not sanitize? Just wondering what is common and it looks like there are both 1 vessel and 2 vessel builds out there. Is sanitizing kegs completely necessary?

Yes, sanitizing kegs is necessary. Usually single tank keg washers like the one we have from Premier Stainless have either a dedicated peristaltic pump that doses sani from the container it comes in, or you have a separate tank like a keg with sani in it that injects via co2 pressure. On some systems you can use process steam from your boiler as the sani cycle.
