  • Plate and Frame Filter upgrade advice

    Good morning everyone!
I currently have a 400x400mm plate and frame filter that I use a range of filters on. So far this little guy has served me well but it's getting time for an upgrade, possibly 600mm or even up to a meter for post-centrifuge polishing of our brighter beers. So far all I've really looked into is a Della Toffola system because I'm having trouble finding other manufacturers. Does anyone work with a system that they would recommend? Cool features like auto backflush and turbidity monitoring would be great but definitely not necessary.
    Cheers!

Multiple lenticulars in line, where you can run two and backflush one, might be an idea to look into. You could put a turbidity meter inline at the discharge. Just a thought. Id talk to Pall among others.
