  • QA/QC Lab technician available for hire

    Hello, I am looking to make a transition in to the brewing industry from my current field of work. I am currently working as a lab technician at a manufacturing facility that focuses on dairy products, non-dairy alternatives and coffee creamers. Prior to this I worked as a lab technician at a co-packing facility that manufactured sports drinks and juices. I had my start in the lab field working as a lab technician/microbiologist at a contract food safety lab doing quantitative and qualitative analysis on raw food ingredients, processed foods and environmental samples.

    I have received the first level of the Cicerone Certification Program, Certified Beer Server. I have also recently started a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course with an estimated 8 week completion time from now.

    I am located in the Southern California area (Orange County/Los Angeles area) but am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
