What do you think this will do to current hop prices?

Yakima Valley fire destroys estimated 4% of U.S. hop crop
Oct 3, 2006 - A fire in Yakima, Wash., destroyed a warehouse full of hops with contents worth between $3.5 million and $4 million. Early estimates indicated that up to 4% of the 2006 U.S. hope crop could be lost but the impact on brewers and beer prices is not yet clear.

Supply and Demand, Text book situation. Those that ordered and reserved prior should not be hit in the pocket book as much. Those ordering every few months will most likely pay very elevated prices. This will put demand on other producers that will be able to fill the void. I am curious to find out which varieties were most affected(?).
