Hey all,
I am a 1.5bbl brewery that has been open for 2 years and it is time to expand. Currently I am operating as a LLC. I am bringing on a partner/investor. We want to change to a S-Corp and change location and switch to a 10bbl brewhouse. Lots of changes. The location change seems easy enough but the change from a LLC to a S-Corp sounds like I have to apply for my brewery license all over again. My question isdo I have to start at the back of the line and wait 180 days to get approval or can I jump to the front of the line since I am an established brewery all ready?
