Calculating dosages for adding liquid flavor, where do I start?

I have received samples for trial testing with the following %

0.30-0.50 % V/V (4oz)
0.10-0.30% V/V (4oz)
1.00-1.50 V/V (8oz)

My question is how many oz per gallon?

Are you talking about fruit extracts?
For a nice flavor, but not too overpowering, try .75 oz/gallon. If its not enough try 1 oz. per gallon. I have used this ratio in a raspberry, apricot, and a blueberry wheat and my customers love them.
