  • Weyermann Bohemian Pils

    Hi,

Looking to try Weyermann Bohemian pils in my Kolsch, which normally uses the standard Weyermann pils.

Wondering about what mash changes I might need to do. With the standard pils, I've been doing a single infusion at 148ºF for 30 min.

You can stay with your regular regime, as their will be no changes.
I used to do single infusion at 154 - 156*F with that Malt; had only positive taste changes.

I suspected as much after finding a typical analysis sheet for that malt.

What did you use before it that it tasted better than?
