  • Typical ingredient amounts for a 20BBL batch?

    Hello all. I am currently working on the business plan for a 20BBL brewery. I'm trying to get some cost figures for a single batch. Obviously there are variations depending on the type of beer being brewed, but what would be an average amount of the primary ingredients?(ie how many pounds of malt, hops, yeast and approx volume of water) Also, approx cost of each would be helpful if anyone has any figures. Again, I know prices vary, but any examples would be of some help.
