I am gathering information on starting up an organic Microbrewery and was hoping I might get some answers from some of you Pros.
First, how much does a 50lb bag of pale malt cost and how much more is the same size bag of organic pale malt?
Second, if using a 20 barrel system, ( 500 - 600 gal) how much does it cost for the raw materials, ie malt and hops for a beer of 1050 OG?
Any help with my number crunching would be appreciated. Thanx!
