As a student of beverage studies i understand that the kilning stage of malting has 3 phases - withering > intermediate drying > curing.
My queries are (i) Do all base malts (including those for whisky) under curing phase (ii) Would not the high temperatures of curing destroy the amylase...

Hello everyone,
We have a hop rocket purchased from China and there seams to be absolutely no way to get it to work properly. The filter always clogs and I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and has found a way to overcome this?
