by jbehennaI started at a brewery after closing my own and I inherited equipment that was not properly maintained. I'm having a hell of a time with the scale buildup in the mash tun.
I have done a 3:1 chlorinated caustic cycle and an acid cycle and it doesn't really even loosen it enough to make scrubbing...-
