I'm overseas, so would otherwise be interested in your kit. We have a single, small air knife on a compressed air line already, but it doesn't work well and I don't want to tax our compressor more than necessary. I can get knives and then size an appropriate regenerative blower header. Sounds like...

Strong doubts on carbonation. Unless you're relieving pressure and mixing things up, that CO2 is dissociated and would have no real interaction with hops. My thought is that it must be related to viscosity of your newer brews--identified as "thickness" in mouthfeel perception....

Removing water from cans post seam/rinse...
Please share your success stories of how you remove can shower/rinse water from cans before packing into cardboard cartons. I'm tired of watching our guys wiping down cans with towels. Thinking of cans on their side on our conveyor with regenerative blower "air knife" as the cans roll by....

KMBS is used in much, much larger facilities that must use it for other reasons, and allow for all the extra...

I'd stick with carbon filtration. I don't think you gain anything with KMBS. If you must use KMBS, then still use a carbon filter afterwards....
