    Please share your success stories of how you remove can shower/rinse water from cans before packing into cardboard cartons. I'm tired of watching our guys wiping down cans with towels. Thinking of cans on their side on our conveyor with regenerative blower "air knife" as the cans roll by....

    What mechanism do you suspect spunding plays a role in hops suspension? I'm quite doubtful that spunding has any role, but that's just my suspicion. More likely I think might be beta glucans in the oats, if those have been increased while noticing this problem. Beta glucans can contribute this "thickness"...

  • I put solenoids on each jacket and turn the jackets on/off with a lit pushbutton in series with the jacket controller. Jacket is active when lit, otherwise the jacket controller output doesn't matter whether it's on or not. No need to climb up & turn some isolation valve. With good insulation,...

  • I'd stick with carbon filtration. I don't think you gain anything with KMBS. If you must use KMBS, then still use a carbon filter afterwards....
