                Good luck Dave. We are hoping to be sending our paperwork in soon. I spoke with you a couple of months ago and asked for your one piece of advice and you said "Don't let anyone tell you it can't be done." That is possibly the best piece of advice I have ever been given.

                When my packet comes in I will owe at least part of that approval to your encouragement. Thanks.
