We have 7 bbl fermenters that are too small for our expansion. Instead of the hassle of selling them we thought maybe they could be used in the taproom. If we ferment in our new bigger fermenters, transfer to unitank and carb, could the smaller fermenters be used for serving out of our taps? Would the cone shaped bottoms cause any problems? Cheers
