    Stacking tanks

    How big can you go when stacking fermenters? Is there a max size? 15bbl tanks stacked for us would change everything. Thanks for any help.

    Well I've seen stacked vertical 1000 hl FVs, and bigger MVs/CTs than this. It is simply the structural steel work and access required.

    And 6 high horizontal 2500 hl CTs - so anything goes if you pay for properly designed support work.

      Make sure your fabricator and/or yourselves are up to speed on what's needed. You aren't actually stacking the tanks, you're stacking the supporting framework.
