The Tasting Room Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to all guests of our Boulder, CO Tasting Room. Additionally, this role is responsible primarily for serving, setting-up, and clean-up of all tasting room functions.

Essential Functions and Duties
- Greets guests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take beverage orders, provide beverage information, serve beer, & collect money for drinks served.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Conducts daily cleaning of bar, utensils, glassware and floors as required.
- Additional duties as assigned by Tasting Room Manager.

Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Home brewing experience
- Passion for the beer and fermentation industry.
- 1+ year of experience working in a tasting room or hospitality environment in a customer facing capacity.
- Ability to engage with a variety of customers and provide an exceptional experience for all.
