The Packaging Associate position is an entry-level position that allows applicants to get their feet wet in the brewing industry and includes responsibilities on the packaging line and in the warehouse. Day to day responsibilities will be kegging and canning beer, washing kegs/tanks, handling wholesaler orders, shipping/receiving and maintenance.

Packaging Associate qualifications:
• Strong passion for beer
• Capable of standing on their feet for long periods of time
• Capable of lifting 50-100 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
• Attention to detail and the adaptability to learn new machinery and processes
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• The desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company
• Ability to work in a brewery environment which may be loud, slick, hot and humid (it's not the heat, it's the humidity)
• Ability to comply with safe chemical handling procedures, including personal protection equipment such as gloves and goggles
• Forklift experience is a plus, certification available on site
• The ability to leave your phone in your pocket

This may be an entry level position but opportunities to eventually expand into other brewing roles (cellaring/brewing) exist, so the harder you work the more opportunity is available to you.
