Assistant Brewer

Old Schoolhouse Brewery is seeking a passionate, motivated brewer to join our award
winning brewery.
Job duties would include but not limited to:
Completing brewhouse operations such as milling, mashing, lautering, boiling and wort
cooling.
Yeast handling, pitching and harvesting.
Cellar operations such as tank cleaning, beer transferring and monitoring gravities and
carbonation levels.
Packaging operations including keg filling and bottling machine operation.
Physical Requirements:
Employee must frequently lift 55 lbs and move/lift kegs that are 130 lbs.
Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma with advanced education in the brewing process.
Brewing experience preferred.
Compensation:
Old Schoolhouse Brewery offers competitive wages that will depend on experience and
qualifications.
