-Westfalia HB-05 Centrifuge
-Wild Goose 250 canning line
-Two forklifts
-Two keg washer machines
-Four pallet jacks
-One Genie man lift
-Lots of hoses, clamps and gaskets

Candidate skills and abilities

-Support day-to-day activities (wort production, cellar and packaging)...
-Strength to lift malt bags at 55#'s each
-Lots of standing, climbing, jumping and skipping
-Flexible schedule for early mornings and late evenings
-Accurately record data and info
-Follow and support Standard Operating Procedures
-Understand how things work
-Self motivated and enjoyable to work with in the trenches
-Able to work in a clean and organized work area
