You could try cellartek. They are in Canada but I assume that's local enough for you. They sell and support spadoni filters but sometimes the older stuff is hard to get (or expensive)....

    1.5" TC clamps

We've got about 85 (I weighed 10 and weighed the rest) lighter TC clamps. Looking to get rid of them together but might be convinced to split them up. Looking for $425 CDN or $325 USD for the lot....

    Lenticular filter sizing

I realize this is a loaded question but we are looking to move to filtering some of our brands and have been looking at lenticular filters, specifically with SDII modules down to 0.5 micron. No...

I'm currently in the midst of getting away from some of the chinese resellers for stainless fittings and have been able to find just about everything from NA companies. The one thing I haven't been...

If your old crowner bar was getting caps crimped enough that the go side of your gauge worked then I'd put that back on. Wear shouldn't contribute to holding bottles, which was your original problem....

I think this is getting down to the problem. Beer nut washers seem to be 1/8" thick and we have those on a few of our couplers. These couplers are fitted with washers that are 5/32" thick but I think...

Just to be clear, this is an intermittent problem. Now that I'm thinking about it, it occurs more after an hour or so of washing than at the beginning of a washing session. The washer and connections...
  10. Problems washing kegs - couplers are not seating properly

I'm having a weird issue while washing kegs. The keg will end up 1/3 full of liquid after a cycle. After watching it carefully it's obvious that liquid is actually going in the gas side and the keg...

You don't mention how much you are losing. What carb level are you starting with and where do you end up in the keg? What temp do you have your BBT at?

We have a low temperature R404a condensing unit and evaporator pair. These were pulled out of a Zellers walk-in 10x10' -20C freezer. We are using the smaller pair to run the whole 20x10' walk-in...

Find some good welders, ideally ones that know pressure vessels. Odds are they'll have a trick to pressurize the jackets with nitrogen and listen to locate the leak. Odds are they'll get it to within...

IIRC nitrogen has something like 100x lower solubility in water/beer than CO2. You won't have to worry about N2 affecting the beer over the course of your run, either by dissolution or displacing...

IIRC UBC will do 25 handles min order in their standard shapes, custom printing; 50 for completely custom. Good prices but the lead time can be long.

I've never used one of these but from the look of it, it seems the valve can be removed. The first thing I'd try would be to take the valve off the coupler and make sure the float is moving freely....

We use at 40-50ml/bbl but only ever dose inline while transferring to the BBT. After 2-3 days at 32F the beer is very bright. Mixing seems to be imperative for this and I'm not sure the OP's method...

Reviews: PBST and Ager keg washers

Obviously many here have a good opinion of the keg washers from Premier Stainless but I've been looking around and would like the good and the bad on the following:

It's no cure but have you thought of using a quat on the floor? I know lots of people don't want that stuff in their brewery but if you keep it on the floor and away from the beer, it isn't an issue.
