I'm not certain, but that looks like a Definox vacuum/pressure relief valve. You can look them up on the internet and find some contact details...

I got mine from GW Kent. They offer them in 15 and 30 psi capacities.
By the way, I thought your connections were all DIN connections, how did you manage to get T/C connected pressure relief valves? Just wondering.

They look like the valves I got with my BBT fermenters... Lewis could get them for you..
I also like GW Kent. The PVRV doesnt have to be a specific brand.
