    Consulting

I have been offered a consulting gig starting at the concept level. In the past I have been involved with starting breweries and brewpub but as either a partner, (in which I made no money), or as the Brewmaster. My question is, what would I charge as a consultant?

What are the hourly rates for accountants, plumbers and auto mechanics by you? Use them as a guide, you're probably worth more, but certainly not less!

Try talking to other brewery consultants. Lee Chase (formerly of Stone Brewing) has been doing this for two years or so and could probably provide some guidance: http://www.brewingconsultant.com/
