    Curious to know if anyone has had any luck running their brewery off wind power?

    Like off-the-grid wind? Or augmentation?
    I'm planning for a 20kW wind generator for my (to be built) 10 bbl brewery. The obvious big energy black holes of refrigeration and heating H2O/wort will take most of what I can generate. To help, I'll use solar thermal hot H2O and geothermal for heating and cooling, which should take a chunk of the load. Gonna be a very revealing "experiment" when all is up and brewing. What's on paper and what reality brings will be VERY interesting. I'll post as things progress.
