    Question Removing keg stem

    Greetings,
    Could someone tell me how to remove the keg stem from a Hoff-Stevens? I would like to attach a carb-stone to the tube.

    Jim,


    You would normally use the special Hoff-Stevens tools for this.

    One is a metal bar with two pins that fit in the valve to hold it from turning and the other is a wrench that fits over the above tool and fits in the three holes on the top "nut".

    Then there is a bent aluminum rod that looks like a cane that you poke in the bung hole to grab the plastic tube.
