    COLAs for beers brewed under contract?

    Hi,

    I'm wondering if anyone has had experience getting COLA label approval as a contract brewer. Specifically, have anyone as contract-brewers been able to submit labels under their Federal Wholesaler's Permit - or did you do it through the brewery you contract ? Am I making sense? Not sure.

    The TTB explained that it is the contracted brewery's responsibility, yet it looks like the application for COLAs online might allow for a contract brewer with a FWP.

    PS- just found the COLAs online registration number and they said you can't register without a brewers notice. QUESTION ANSWERED.
