    Happy Turkey Day!

    Happy Thanksgiving to everyone out there (especially those who ended up spending part of turkey day in the brewery like myself!).

    What beer are you drinking with your thanksgiving meal? Personally I'm having a nice rich bock beer with my dinner. Mmm...turkey-rific!

    After soaking my bird in a 5-gal. bucket of beer(blow-off from the bottling line), I roasted it in a bag with veggies and apples, and enjoyed it with a bottle of La Folie from New Belgium Brewing.
