Providing you carb slightly higher 2.6v for 2.5v beer, keep everything cold and have a good fill rate, they will stay carbed like any other method.

        What about bottle temp?

I've heard of some people chilling the bottles prior to filling. Also, what about labeling? Do you lable prior to filling? I've seen some breweries fill cold then pass the bottles through a warmer to raise the temp to room condition and run through the labeling machine.

        Thanks,
