Can you use yeast for a new batch that has gelatin finnings in it? Has anyone ever done that in say a 10 bbl batch? Thanks

Finings
It isn't a problem unless you don't want the finings in the next batch, or if your dosing rate on the first batch was exceptionally high. The yeast should be active enough during primary in batch 2 to shake things up and get the job done.
However, if you need to avoid this problem, you could try dosing finings into the beer line between tanks. In all reality, there is very little you can't do on a ten barrel system with a 5 gallon cornie keg.
