change the base malt?
We are thinking of changing our base malt from MFB 2-row to Canada 2-row. (dont ask why, its too long to get into) My only concern is that Canada seems to be a bit smaller, therefore I will get less "crush" from the mill or have to adjust the mill and risk an "overcrush" of what I have now. So far all the grains in house play nice together and Im a bit hesitant to change. But need more information so I thought to ask the masses.
Am I over thinking this, has anyone else had this issue, and are there other concerns I should have?
