Contract Brewing and Three Tier System

Can anyone tell me if I can contract a beer recipe out to a local manufacturer with my own label and distribute the beer myself, with my distributor license? Does the three tier system forbid me to distribute my own beer this way? Or would I be considered a beer manufacturer?
